The following information is provided to let you know how the Pension Plan is operated on a day-to-day basis and who is responsible for basic decisions.
The Pension Plan is administered by a joint Board of Trustees, consisting of an equal number of Union and Employer representatives. Records and benefit payments are processed at the Fund office which is managed by an Executive Director appointed by the Board of Trustees.

Contribution Source
All contributions to the Plan are made by employers in accordance with their Collective Bargaining Agreement’s (“CBA”) with the Union. The CBA’s require contributions to the Plan at fixed rates per hour worked. There are no requirements that the Plan participants make contributions and no contributions will be accepted from Plan participants.
