International Pension Fund
The IPF was established because your International Union and Employers wanted to provide security in retirement to those of you who have worked many years building our nation and economy. Since inception, the Fund has grown considerably and almost all BAC members are eligible to participate in the Plan.

International Health Fund
The Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers International Health Fund was established in 1988 by the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers and various Contractor Associations. We strive to deliver the highest quality health care at the most affordable price through a Private Exchange that delivers flexibility and customization to our members.

Member Assistance Program
Since 1998, The Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers’ Member Assistance Program (MAP) has provided confidential telephone crisis intervention, referral and information services to BAC members in the U.S. and Canada.
MAP is a place for members to turn for assistance with resolving challenges that are negatively impacting quality of life, whether minimally, moderately or severely. This might include stress, depression, addiction, family conflicts, suicidality, trauma and more.

Reciprocal Clearinghouse
The IPF is signed to the International Reciprocal Agreement, as a result, the Fund will accept and send pension monies for other pension funds for locals that do not participate in the IPF. Reciprocity between local pension and annuity funds is also facilitated by the Clearinghouse.
